Integrated Healing is a total healing system which works on our spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well-being which causes liberation from blocks to true wellbeing; where our joy will come back into our life. Integrated Healing unites the best of complementary medicine (and many other therapies) with its own unique methods.   The results of INTEGRATED HEALING are found to be deep, thorough, yet simple, way to healing; it offers a deep and lasting relief from a wide range of emotional, spiritual, mental, neurological and physical dysfunctions. Integrated Healing focuses on the issues such as Inner Child Healing, Soul Integration, Phobias, Energetic Cords, Limiting Beliefs of Victimization, Various addictions (food, sex, gambling, nail biting, Sexual Traumas, as well as PTS and many other trauma related experiences, and other maladaptive and limiting life’s pleasure behaviors. It is a unique approach to healing and releasing trauma in a gentle yet highly effective way, so that you can make the changes easily in bringing joy back into your life.     During an Integrated Healing session, we work with the body’s energy systems and the subconscious mind to identify and release the stress or blocks which are stuck in a person's energy system and which are causing (and keeping) an issue or problem. This allows the body's inherent natural healing abilities to flow freely, enabling mind, body and spirit to return to a state of balance and good health.    We may use muscle testing to receive biofeedback. This method allows me to find and release the blocks that have been holding you back from being whole and healthy. This release and supportive therapy allows me to identify the root cause easily, and comfortably.     An advantage to this work is a person doesn’t have to talk about, re-live or even consciously remember a trauma or difficult experience in great depth if they don’t want to. The body does the talking for us. Focus: Giovanna Alaimo serves individuals of all ages (16 years or younger requires parental consent), including high functioning special needs adults. These individuals desire personal change, improved self-image, life direction, support, discovery of life purposes, are seeking soulful expansion and rapid spiritual evolution so they can rise up, live from their highest self and create a life of fulfillment.
